21st My Karachi Exhibition 2026
Major Platform for Business and Public Engagement
According to Muhammad Idrees, Chairman of the Special Committee for the My Karachi Exhibition, the event supports both B2B and B2C activities. At the same time, it offers entertainment for families.
He said the exhibition attracts strong public interest every year. This year, organizers expect more than 800,000 visitors over three days.
Moreover, several diplomats from friendly countries will attend the event. Many multinational companies have also confirmed participation. This highlights the exhibition’s growing international reach.
Promoting Karachi’s Positive Image
Muhammad Idrees said the exhibition reflects the resilience of Karachi’s business community. He added that the event presents Karachi as a progressive and opportunity-rich city.
Notably, the concept of “My Karachi – Oasis of Harmony” began in 2004. The idea emerged during the presidency of the late Siraj Kassam Teli. Its aim was to counter negative portrayals of Karachi in global media.
Since then, successive KCCI leaderships have continued the initiative. As a result, the exhibition has become a key platform for trade, culture, and harmony.
Support from Government and Institutions
The organizers thanked the Sindh government and relevant institutions for their support. These include TDAP, KMC, Sindh Police, and Pakistan Rangers. Their cooperation ensures smooth arrangements and security.
Meanwhile, strong participation by manufacturers, exporters, and SMEs shows confidence in KCCI. This comes at a time when businesses face economic pressure.
Discounted Shopping and Family Attractions
Exhibitors will offer products at subsidized and discounted rates. Visitors can buy goods directly from manufacturers and brands. Prices will be lower than market rates.
In addition, the exhibition will feature a food court, pets and birds shows, live music, and fireworks. These attractions aim to provide a complete family experience.
Why This Matters
The exhibition supports local businesses and promotes the “Made in Pakistan” brand. It also helps improve Karachi’s image as Pakistan’s economic hub. For consumers, it offers affordable shopping during challenging economic conditions.
What Happens Next
The 21st My Karachi Exhibition will open to the public on February 6. Activities will continue daily until February 8. Organizers expect large crowds and strong business engagement throughout the event.
